W1s 0-3 Bangor City 1
Wrexham L1s started the season against Bangor City. The first half was dominated by Bangor with constant attacks from their forwards. The first goal was a straight strike from their top of the D, but Wrexham defence managed to repel them for the remainder of the half. Wrexham continued pushing with a few chances between Mia Mundie, Poppy Horsely, and Zoe Kershaw, but no goal came.

Half time: 1-0 Bangor

The second half kept Wrexham defence busy again with support from Rach Dathan and Rhi Robson in the screen, out-letting to Laudie Royle and Helen Bainbridge, both working hard to send it forward.
Bangor scored two more goals with an incredible last-minute touch and an unfortunate own goal from Wrexham.
Wrexham defence of Amy Jones, Li Preston, and Claire Harvey, and Meg Jones in goal, managed to keep any more goals from being scored.

Final score: 3-0 Bangor
