Both teams started well attacking when in possession. Timperley go into the lead after a long period of possessional play and this remained the score at halftime
In the second half Timperley came out with pace and determination and were awarded penalty stroke, Laila Harding Wrexham’s GK went the right way but Timperley player expertly put the ball into the corner which gave them a 2-0.
Wrexham began to build up attacks down the right with Eli Davies running at pace at the Timperley defenders Timperley then countered and placed a well worked ball into net to make it 3-0. Timperley continued with their attack play and went further into the lead 4-0. Wrexham had several minutes of possession but Timperley used their counter again to put another shot into the goal making it 5-0. Wrexham continued to attack but at the final whistle it was 5-0 to Timperley
